Delivery Terms & Conditions
It is our policy at Plumbing and Heating Store Ltd to provide our customers a speedy and cost effective delivery service. Our target is to dispatch all stock lines within 24-48 hours by parcel from comfirmation of your order. Any orders requiring a pallet delivery eg: boilers & sanitaryware etc will take 4 - 5 working days.
Please leave all your contact details when ordering to enable the pallet company to arrange delivery.
All orders placed over £75.00 are FREE OF CHARGE with the following exceptions:

Certain products we are unable to export and we will contact if any product falls into this category. There may be also extra delivery charges due to weight and/or destination
Please note with pallet deliveries, the delivery driver will not break down the items from the pallet, or take goods into your property. You will need to ensure there is someone at the property to receive the items. We suggest you do not schedule any installation until you have received and inspected the goods. If extra delivery charges are applicable, a member of our team will contact you to discuss. Extra delivery charges will be debited seperately after receipt of order and customer confirmation of charges.
