Delivery & Returns Terms & Conditions
It is our aim at Plumbing and Heating Store Ltd to provide our customers with a fast and accurate delivery service. Our target is to dispatch all stock line orders within 24-48 hours by parcel from confirmationof you order. All orders requiring a pallet delivery eg: Boilers and Sanitaryware will take 3-4 working days.
Out of stock/shortages
If your item that you have ordered is out of stock, we will advise you straight away and give an accurate delivery date. You will have the option to either keep the goods on order or to be refunded in full. Although we do have a vast range of stock on our shelves, sometimes this does happen though thankfully not very often.
Pricing
We try to ensure that all prices on the website are accurate, however errors may occur or the price may change for reasons beyond our control. If we discover an error or needs to increase the price of goods the buyer has ordered we will give the option to the buyer to re-order at the correct price.
We will refund the order in full and contact the buyer by email
Delivery & Returns
Delivery can be to any address as long as the address at which your payment card is registered to is also present on your order. All deliveries must be signed for (except for items sent by Royal Mail which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please keep the receipt enclosed with your order for any future contact.
When you add products to your shopping basket, the delivery charge will be added automatically. Orders over the value of £75 are free delivery and those under £75 will be charged £3.95. The exceptions to these charges are listed at the bottom of this page.
All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. Small parcels up to 2kgs will be delivered via Royal Mail. Parcels over 2kgs will either be delivered via DHL or APC. Pallets will be delivered by Palletways. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O) boxes or shipping agent addresses.
Delivery will be between the hours of 8am and 6pm and we will not be able to confirm a specific time for delivery.
We are not liable for any delay in delivery for whatever reason so please order your goods as soon as you can before installation.
Returns and Damages
Should you need to return a product to Plumbing and Heating Store Ltd then you have 28 working days to do so. The returned goods must be in the original packaging and in a resalable state. We will not accept goods that are not in their original packaging or covered in brown tape etc.
If the product is damaged on arrival then please contact as soon as you can by email: sales@plumbingandheatingstore.co.uk and we will either replace the damaged goods or refund you in full. Please let us know which you would prefer.
If the product is faulty on installation or develop a fault inside the manufacturers warranty period then please contact the relevent supplier. They will either help you out directly or refer you back to us. Our main concern is to help you with any problem, so we will help you as much as we can within the manufacturers terms and conditions. It is recommended to keep all receipts, fill in and send all warranty forms as this will save a lot of hassle should a fault happen.

If you decide that you do not require the goods or have changed your mind then these items returned will be at the buyers cost. This cost and any delivery costs to send the initial goods out will not be refunded, only the value of the goods will be refunded. These must be returned in the original packaging and state they were received otherwise no refund will be issued and the goods returned to you. We do recommend that you send via a "signed for" method so you can track the return.
This return policy does not affect your legal rights.
Cancellation of Orders
You are of course able to cancel any order prior to shipping with no penalty cost being incurred. A full credit will be refunded on the card you have purchased the goods with. Please contact us via email should you need to cancel your order: sales@plumbingandheatingstore.co.uk

Postcodes: DG, EH, FK, G, KA, KY ML and TD
Pallet - £45.00 Parcels - Free of Charge for orders over the value of £75. For orders under £3.95
Scottish Highlands
Postcodes: AB, DD, IV, KW, PA and PH
Pallet - No Service Parcels: (Up to 20kgs) - Free of Charge for orders over the value of £75. For orders under £3.95
Scottish Offshore
Postcodes: HS, IV41-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA62-76, PH42-44 and ZE1-3
Pallet - No Service Parcels (Up to 20kgs) £12.50
Offshore United Kingdom

Please note with pallet deliveries, the delivery driver will not break down the items from the pallet, or take goods into your property. You will need to ensure there is someone at the property to receive the items. We suggest you do not schedule ant installation until you have received and inspected the goods.
