Our aim is to offer the best service anywhere on the internet at the right price, delivered on time, right to your door. From a copper fitting to a new boiler or a waste fitting to a new bathroom you will be able to order everthing you require for any size plumbing or heating job you maybe considering.
As we have large stocks we will aim to deliver your order to you within 48-72hrs although we will strive to complete a lot sooner. Please note that bathroom packs and boilers take 3 - 4 working days depending on stock availability.
All orders over the value of £75 are free of charge delivery.

For Disabled Zero rated sales
Where persons who are registered as disabled, or are chronically sick are purchasing bathroom and shower equipment for use by themselves then no VAT needs to be paid on the goods supplied

In order for Plumbing and Heating Store Ltd to supply goods excluding VAT we require the customer to supply an eligibility declaration, the form below can be copied, then completed and returned by e-mail or by post
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the goods purchased qualifies for the relief of VAT
